Who is Bonded?

Bonded-Design was created in 2002 by Katie Karpetz. with over 19 years of experience in graphic design (yes, 19 years on her own – none of this business about combining the hours of multiple employees to sound more impressive!). She graduated from the U of A with honors in Multimedia Design and from DevStudios with honors in eMedia & Design. She is an active member in the Edmonton car scene and volunteers her web services for the local Edmonton Police race team (www.bluelineracing.com) and car enthusiast board (www.straightpipe.ca).

We will never hold you hostage!

Katie believes that the end product you receive is yours, and you can rest assured that all material will be handed over to you (once your invoice is paid in full). If for any reason you go somewhere else to have further work done, all requested materials will be given to you or to the business of your choice. After all, you paid for it!*

*In the case of web hosting, all hosting is paid in advance as a yearly rate. If you decide to switch to another host, Bonded-Design will be happy to transfer your domain, but no refund can be issued for unused hosting. Domain names can only be transferred if your account is in good standing. All deposits paid for website development and or print design are non refundable once work has been commenced.
